A tingling or stinging sensation right after applying (especially in the first few days).

Slight dryness or flaking as your skin adjusts.
This is your skin turning over, exfoliating, and starting to balance oil production. These effects are usually temporary and fade after 2–3 weeks if you’re using the right version at the right pace.
How Do I Know If I’m Purging Or Breaking Out?
Purging usually happens in areas where you already break out like youe chin, forehead, around the nose, and fades after 2–4 weeks.
If you're suddenly breaking out in places you never had issues before or getting red, inflamed patches, that’s a sign of irritation or over-exfoliation.
How To Introduce P50 Into Your Routine
If I had a dollar for every time someone told me they went full-speed on P50 from day one… I’d have a second clinic.
Here’s how to start:
Use only at night, 3x a week.
Always apply with damp cotton the first week or two, this buffers the formula and helps your skin adjust.
Gradually move to dry cotton once your skin is ready.
After 2–3 weeks, increase to daily use if your skin tolerates it well.
And please, always apply SPF during the day. This is non-negotiable.
What Not To Use With P50
This is where I see the most issues. P50 is an active formula. When you stack it with other aggressive products, your skin barrier can freak out.
Do NOT combine P50 with:
Retinoids (like tretinoin, adapalene, or over-the-counter retinol)
Vitamin C serums, especially the low-pH, L-ascorbic acid type
