Orders received before 3:00PM ET are shipped the same business day. You will receive a confirmation email from us when the order is received, as well as when it was shipped. If an item is backordered, or are out of stock we will contact you and let you know the status of the product.  You can read more on our customer service page.

All orders over $50 will require a signature for proof of delivery. If you would like to waive the signature required for your package, please contact us directly to order.

We take enormous care on packaging our beautiful products, so they arrive in perfect condition. KarinaNYC is not responsible for damage that occurs due to mishandling of our packages by shipping companies such as UPS, or errors they may make in delivering your product. Any issues of damage caused during shipping are the responsibility of the respective carrier, and you should contact them directly:
